3Chat Connect Facebook Business Account Operation Guide
By connecting your Facebook Business Account (Facebook Page) to 3Chat, you can efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries and public comments from Messenger. Please follow the steps below to complete the authorization setup.
Prerequisites

You have a Facebook Business Account and have created at least one Facebook Page.

You are an Administrator (Admin) or Editor of the Facebook Page.

You have registered and logged in to the 3Chat platform.
Steps
Step 1: Go to 3Chat Channel Settings

Log in to the 3Chat management backend.

In the left navigation bar, click “Channels”.

Find “Facebook” in the channel list and click “Connect”.
Step 2: Authorize Facebook Account

In the top right corner of the page list, click “Connect Facebook Business Account”. This will redirect you to the Facebook login page.
2.Log in with your Facebook Business Account.

Check the Facebook Page(s) you wish to connect to 3Chat.

Review the permissions that 3Chat requires, including:

Manage messages

View comments

Access basic user information

Click “Continue” or “Allow” to complete the authorization.
Note: If you don’t see the target Page, make sure you have Admin or Editor permissions for that Page.
Step 3: Complete the Connection and Verification

After successful authorization, the page will automatically return to 3Chat.

You will see the connected Facebook Page with the status “Activated”.

Use another account to send a test message to the connected Page (you can use your personal Facebook account).

Verify that the message appears in 3Chat in real-time and try replying to confirm that two-way communication works normally.
