Quick Operation Guide
2.1 Accessing the Function Page
1.Log into the 3Chat Agent Admin Console.
2.From the navigation bar, select Knowledge Base → Knowledge Content to access the Knowledge Base Management page.
2.2 Adding Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base page is empty when you first enter. Click the Add button on the top right of the Knowledge List to add your first knowledge document.
2.3 Uploading Files
1.On the Knowledge Base page, click the Add button to open the file upload dialog.
2.Click to upload or drag the files you wish to upload. Supported formats include:
TXT, Markdown, CSV, JSON, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, PDF, HTML.
3.When uploading files, you can click Show Advanced Settings to customize the following configurations:

Click Confirm to successfully add the file to the knowledge list.

Click Cancel to return to the knowledge list page.
3.Refresh: Click the Refresh button to update the knowledge base list and ensure you see the latest data.
4.Bulk Deletion:
- Perform bulk deletion of the knowledge content displayed on the current page.
- Click Clear to cancel bulk deletion.
5.Add View:
Create different views based on your needs by setting conditions to display files accurately.
Click the + at the top of the list to add a view.
