Configuration Entry: 3Chat Dashboard β [Channel] β [Social] β ManyChat
Step 1: Create/Check ManyChat Account

Ensure you have a ManyChat account and your Instagram Account is successfully connected.

If you havenβt registered yet, click the link in βStep 1β on the screen to sign up.
Step 2: One-click Install 3Chat Official Template

In the 3Chat interface (Step 2), click the blue button [Select Template].

Choose the Instagram scenario.

The system will automatically redirect to ManyChat and install the official AI flows (including default replies and human handover logic) into your account. No manual coding required!
Step 3: Configure 3Chat Access Credentials (Linking 3Chat to ManyChat)
- Goal: Tell ManyChat which AI agent to communicate with.

Follow the prompt to Open Platform β OAuth Client to generate a permanent Token.

Open your ManyChat Console.

Go to Settings β Automation β Bot Fields.

Find the field named
3Chat_API_Key(automatically created by the template in Step 2). -
Paste the Token you just generated into the value of
3Chat_API_Key.
Step 4: ManyChat Authorization (Linking ManyChat to 3Chat)
- Goal: Allow 3Chat to send AI-generated replies back to the user.

Still in the ManyChat Console, click Settings β Extensions β API.

Generate a new API Key and copy it.

Return to the 3Chat ManyChat Configure, locate the API Key field at the bottom.

Paste the Key into the box and click [Save].
All Done! 
Your Instagram DMs are now managed by AI. Try sending a message to your account to test the instant AI response.
