How to renew the product after it expires? (Subscription/Billing)

:pushpin: How to Renew Subscription

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Settings → My Subscriptions.

  2. In the subscription list, find the subscription that needs to be renewed.

  3. Click the More menu on the right, and select Renew.

  4. The system will redirect to the renewal page. Choose as needed:

    • Monthly Payment: Suitable for short-term use.

    • Annual Payment: Enjoy price discounts.

  5. Click Create Bill to proceed to the next step.

  6. The system will redirect to the payment page. Complete the payment to finalize the process.

:gear: Bill Adjustment and Payment

If, after creating the bill in Step 4, you need to adjust the amount or plan, please contact your dedicated consultant for assistance with modifications. Once the adjustments are complete, follow these steps to continue with payment:

  1. From the navigation bar, go to Settings → Billing.

  2. Find the corresponding bill and enter the details.

  3. Click Pay to complete the final payment.
