3Chat.ai has officially launched its integration with SHOPLINE. You can now connect 3Chat.ai to your SHOPLINE store to enable intelligent conversations and automation, improving customer response efficiency and overall experience.
What You Need Before Installation
Before getting started, please make sure you have:

A valid SHOPLINE account

Administrator access to the SHOPLINE store you want to connect
Installation Steps
Step 1
If you have not installed 3Chat.ai yet, go to the SHOPLINE App Store and search for 3Chat.ai to install it.
Step 2
After installation, open the 3Chat app.
You will be guided through an authorization process — follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
Step 3
Within 3Chat.ai, authorize the connection.
After authorization is completed successfully, click “Install” to continue.
Step 4
Once authorization is complete, 3Chat.ai will be connected to your SHOPLINE store.
If you have multiple 3Chat workspaces, select the workspace you want to bind.
After selection, click “Confirm” to finish the setup.
Step 5
After binding the workspace, the installation is complete.
Your SHOPLINE store is now successfully connected to 3Chat.ai, and the integration is active.
Step 6 After selecting the workspace to bind, you will be automatically redirected to the SHOPLINE installation guide page.
Next, please complete the following three steps:
Step 1
Click “Go to SHOPLINE Theme Editor” to enter the store backend.
Then click “Design” to open the store’s theme editing page.
Step 2
On the theme editing page, click the “App embeds” icon in the left navigation.
In the list of installed apps, find 3Chat.ai Chat Widget, and make sure the toggle is switched to ON.
After enabling it, you will be able to find the chat widget on the storefront.
Step 3
Return to the storefront and refresh the page.
Then click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner, or open the chat window directly from the theme editor.
Once the chat window appears, the SHOPLINE installation for the selected 3Chat workspace is complete, indicating that the store has been successfully connected.
