Operations that need to be completed before the Message Connection Configuration
Before connecting a channel, complete the basic configuration of the message connection.
1) Go to API Event Configuration
Navigate to [Channels] → [Connect to Social Platforms] → [API Event Configuration] from the left side, or search for “API Event Configuration” at the top to enter.
2) Fill in the callback URL
Go to the settings page of Chat Message Callback and Account Hosting Event Callback, and fill in the following URL:

3）开启回调开关
完成 URL 填写后，确保下方标记的回调开关已开启：
