Through the 3Chat platform, you can quickly connect WhatsApp with the intelligent customer service system to achieve unified management of multi-channel messages.

  1. :double_exclamation_mark:First, follow the guide Configuration that must be done before accessing the channel and make the necessary configurations. After completion, continue to step 2.

  2. In the menu bar on the left of the background, click:
    Channels → Connect to social platforms → Add managed account
