Email Blacklist Function Description

Email Blacklist

The 3Chat Intelligent Customer Service supports email blacklist management. You can add specific email addresses to the blacklist, and the AI will not respond to or process any emails from these addresses. This feature is particularly useful for users who want to customize response strategies, such as allowing certain VIP customers to only receive manual replies or having the AI ignore certain marketing emails.


Feature Entry

  • In the left-side menu, select the “Blacklist” module.

  • Click the “Add New” button to open the Add Blacklist window.


Adding Blacklist Email

In the pop-up window, enter the email address that needs to be blocked:

  • Input Field: Please enter the email address.

  • Action Buttons:

    • Cancel: Discard the addition.

    • Confirm: Confirm adding the email address to the blacklist.


Blacklist Email List

After successful addition, the blacklisted email addresses will appear in the list:

  • Email Address: The blocked email address.

  • Supported operations: Delete and Edit.
