Email Function Description

The 3Chat Intelligent Customer Service supports email integration. By binding different types of email accounts, you can manage and send/receive customer emails from a unified interface, improving communication efficiency


Feature Entry

  • In the left-side menu bar, select the “Email” module.

  • Click the “Connect Email” button.

  • A window will pop up to select your email service provider.


Supported Email Types

The system supports integration with common enterprise email accounts and third-party email services, including:

  • Enterprise WeChat Email
    Connect your enterprise WeChat to manage your enterprise email.

  • Feishu Enterprise Email
    Connect your Feishu enterprise email.

  • NetEase 126 Email
    Connect your 126 email account.

  • NetEase 163 Email
    Connect your 163 email account.

  • QQ Email
    Connect your QQ email account.

  • Microsoft Outlook
    Connect your Outlook enterprise email.

  • Amazon Email Integration
    Bind your Amazon seller account’s corresponding email to automate the sending and receiving of orders and customer emails.


Connected Email Management

In the email list, you can view:

  • Email Account

  • Connection Type (e.g., Feishu Enterprise Email)

  • Port Information (IMAP/SMTP)

  • Encryption Method (SSL, etc.)

  • Account Verification Status
