Email Function Description
The 3Chat Intelligent Customer Service supports email integration. By binding different types of email accounts, you can manage and send/receive customer emails from a unified interface, improving communication efficiency
Feature Entry

In the left-side menu bar, select the “Email” module.

Click the “Connect Email” button.

A window will pop up to select your email service provider.
Supported Email Types
The system supports integration with common enterprise email accounts and third-party email services, including:

Enterprise WeChat Email
Connect your enterprise WeChat to manage your enterprise email. -

Connect your Feishu enterprise email. -
NetEase 126 Email
Connect your 126 email account. -

Amazon Email Integration
