To manage customer interactions more efficiently, you can integrate and host your 3Chat.ai with your WeChat Work account. This way, the AI customer service can help you maintain smooth communication with customers on WeChat Work.
Steps

First, follow the guide for “Required Configurations Before Integrating the Channel” to make the necessary configurations. After completing this, proceed to Step 2. -
In the left menu, go to WeChat Interconnection → Connect WeChat Work.

Click “Add Hosted Account”.

Select WeChat Work, then create your account.

Use WeChat Work’s QR code to complete the hosting.
After successful binding, you can let the AI customer service host your WeChat Work account and communicate with customers on WeChat, enabling efficient automated services.
Note: If the channel is not connected after configuration, please double-check whether you have followed the “Required Configurations Before Integrating the Channel” instructions.
