Hosting instructions

This system provides Feishu customer service authorization and hosting methods.

Hosting

This system provides Feishu’s self-built application hosting solution, and the administrator only needs to bind the application-related information according to the prompts in the background of the system.

Pre-hosting preparation

1. Please prepare an account with the administrator permission of Feishu

2. Ensure that Feishu enterprises are in normal condition

Managed process

1. Log in to this system and click [Channel-Connect to Social Platform-Add Hosting Account]

2. Click [Feishu] to host

3. Click [Go to Login]

4. Log in to the Feishu Developer Portal https://open.feishu.cn/ and click Create Self-Built Application.

5. Please fill in the application name, application description, and application avatar according to your own needs, and create an application after filling it in.

6. After the application is successfully created, click Credentials and Basic Information to copy the App ID, App Secret, and App Name.

7. Backfill the copied App ID and App Secret into the corresponding fields in the system, and click Next.

8. Fill in the Encrypt Key generated by this system in: Feishu Platform-Development Configuration-Events and Callbacks-Encryption Policy

9. Fill in the request address generated by this system: Feishu Platform - Development Configuration - Events and Callbacks - Event Configuration, and select the subscription method to send the event to the developer server

10. Add events to [Feishu Platform-Development Configuration-Events and Callbacks-Event Configuration], and check all permissions in messages and groups

11. Click [Feishu Platform - Permission Management - Go to Activate Permissions], check the application permissions as needed, it is recommended to select the following 6 permissions to facilitate subsequent identity authentication and business (this system will not leak and actively store your employee information)

• Organizational structure

• Messages and groups

• Mailbox

• Application Information

• Company information

12. Click [Feishu Platform - Version Management and Release - Create Version], the version number is recommended 1.0.0, select the visibility range of application employees according to your needs (all employees are recommended without special circumstances), and then click [Save] to confirm the release.

13. Check if the left application capability has a robot

14. If there is no robot to add the application capability, you can skip this step

15. After confirming the release, go back to the system and click Done

16. 点击确认完成后，点击【确定】托管成功，请认真确认框选信息。未托管成功需要删除系统上的账号重新托管，自建应用的那些配置就不用动了，直接填写AppId和AppSecret一直下一步即可

17. 应用创建成功后，在飞书点击【打开应用】体验与应用对话。
