Feature Overview
The Custom Website Installation feature allows you to quickly embed the 3Chat Agent chat component into your website, enabling real-time communication with visitors.
Quick Operation Guide
1. Get the Installation Code
Click on the menu bar Channels → Custom Website Installation, then copy the provided <script> code snippet.
2.Paste the Code into Your Website Backend
Paste the code into the backend file of your website, just before the </body> tag.
3.Verify the Installation
Visit your website and check if you can see the 3Chat chat window.
If the page displays “You have successfully installed the instant chat component on your website,” the installation is complete.
